Ingredients: 150 grams, canned pureed tomato 50 grams cream 1 egg 3 egg white 4 water/ oil drained, 90g ea tuna |
Directions: 1. Mix tuna in a food processor till smooth. Add cream, salt, pepper, tomatoes, and one egg. Beat again.
2. Beat egg whites till it turns foamy. Combine carefully with the tuna mix.
3. Transfer to a bowl. Cover with plastic wrap. Place in a microwave for 5 min.
4. Cool, turned upside down, serve with/without sauce.

Comments: I scaled the recipe in half. Very good, easy, and tasty! I served with a mayo sauce on top. Added thyme and basil. Substituted ketchup for the pureed canned tomatoes. |
