Ingredients: 1 Can(s) Solid white tuna in oil; 2 1/2 tb Mayonnaise; (low-fat/cal) drained Fresh pepper; 1/4 Cup(s) Celery; minced 2 English muffin; split 1 Tablespoon(s) Yellow onion; minced 4 sl Sliced American Cheese; |
Directions:
Mix tuna, celery, onion, mayonnaise and fresh pepper. Toast English muffin
halves until golden brown. Divide the tuna mixture on the 4 muffins halves,
top each with 2 slices of American Cheese, and broil for 1 to 2 minutes
