Directions: Drain tuna well. Discard liquid and set tuna fish aside for later use.
Place margarine in a 1 1/2 quart saucepan. Melt over moderate heat. Add
celery and mushrooms and cook, stirring occasionally, over moderate heat
until celery is limp. Add flour to vegetables and cook and stir until
flour is absorbed. With fork, mix water, dry milk, salt, and pepper to
blend. Add to vegetables and cook and stir over moderate heat until smooth
and thickened. Add tuna fish. Mix very lightly and serve hot using 3/4 cup
per serving. Food Exchanges per serving: 1/2 MILK EXCHANGE + 2 LEAN MEAT
EXCHANGE; CAL: 179; CHO: 6g; PRO: 20gm; FAT: 8gm; LOW-SODIUM DIETS: Omit
salt. Use salt-free margarine.

Linguine tuna salad * Thaw peas before using in this salad.

Cook Linguine according to package directions, drain. Meanwhile, in a
large bowl, combine lemon juice, oil, onions, sugar, Italian Seso Linguine with turkey & mushrooms PREPARATION: Peel and thinly slice onions and mushrooms. Cut tomatoes
into 1/2-inch dice.
COOKING AND SERVING: Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Add the onions

Brush the fillets with
the melted butter and broil 8 to 10 minutes or until the fish flakes easily
with a fork. Combine the remaining ingredients, blending well. Spoon onto
the fish fillets and bro Herbed horseradish sauce for fish In medium bowl, combine ingredients. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate.
Serve with grilled or poached fish.
Yield: enough for 1 pound of fish.

Sauce (for whole fish baked in salt crust) Peel and finely chop the shallot. Put it in a pan with the white
wine and fish stock and boil until reduced by half. Whisk in the
crŠme fraŒche and herbs until smooth and creamy. Season with a
little salt and pepper and serve with the fish.
Espanol fish fillets Brush baking dish with olive oil. Heat 3 Tbls. olive oil and saute sliced onions until transparent. Stirring occasionally to prevent scorching. Season with paprika and sugar and cook one minute longer. Cover the bottom of baking dish with cooked onions. R Seared tuna steaks with wasabi-green onion mayonnaise Whisk first 3 ingredients in small bowl to blend, adding more wasabi paste
if desired. Cover and refrigerate.
Whisk teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, and rice vinegar in small bowl to blend.
Place tuna steaks in resealable plastic bag. Add teriyaki mixture; seal Basic grilled tuna steaks Rub the steaks with oil and squeeze half juice on top. and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
