Directions: Heat oil in large pot; add onion and meat and saute. Stir in broth, tomatoes, beans, tortellini, garlic and seasonings. Heat to boiling; reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Stir in spinach. Ladle into bowls and sprinkle with cheese.
