Directions: Saute onion in oil in large saucepan until tender; about 3 minutes. Stir in zucchini; saute 2 minutes. Add tomato juice, chicken broth, lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, sugar, and Tabasco sauce. Heat to a boil; lower heat; cover. Simmer 5 minutes. Stir in parsley. Ladle into soup bowls or mugs.
