Directions: Combine tomatoes, scallions, onion, cilantro & mint. Whisk together oil,
lemon juice, garlic, salt & pepper. Pour dressing over tomato mixture.
Cover & chill. Serve with pita wedges. Alternatively, this salad makes a
great topping for pita stuffed with falafel.

Bistro moncur potato & mussel salad Steam potatoes until tender. Clean mussels and open by placing in a large
pan with a tight fitting lid and heating. Remove mussel meat from shells.
Make vinaigrette by infusing saffron from stamens in 1/2 tablespoon hot
water. Rub a bowl with t Kartoffelsalat mit biermarinade (potato salad with beer dressing) Boil potatoes in medium-size saucepan until just tender. Peel and
slice. Fry bacon until crisp. Break into small pieces and mix with
onion, celery and salt; set aside. Stir melted butter and flour in a
small saucepan until blended. Add must Zucchini-tomato salad Cut Zucchini into 2 inch strips. Slice Tomatoes. Place Zucchini, tomatoes and chick peas in bowl. Pomegranate jeweled spinach salad To prepare dressing, whisk together lemon zest, lemon juice, shallot, cumin, and salt; whisk in oil. Reserve. Starting in a cold fry pan, cook bacon over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until almost crisp, about 5 minutes. Drain on paper towels; cool. Crispy mussels with almond green onion sauce Bring wine to a boil in a large stockpot. Add the mussels, stir, cover, and cook until the mussels have opened. Remove the mussels to a sheet pan with a slotted spoon, discarding any mussels that do not open. Remove the mussels from the shell and place in Cashew and tomato brown rice In a large Dutch oven, heat the sun dried tomato oil
until fairly hot.
Add the Onions, Garlic, Celery, and Carrots, Cook
over medium heat for 10 minutes or until the
vegetables soften.
Stir in the brown rice and cook until the rice beg New potato salad A local restaurant serves a simple, but elegant, potato salad as part
of their Sunday Brunch menu. This is my own attempt at duplicating

Acetaria (romulan legume salad) Put the canned beans and chick-peas with their liquid into a saucepan and
boil about a minute over medium heat. Strain the liquid from the beans and
chick-peas. Put the beans and peas into a salad bowl. Cut the knockwurst
into 1/4" slices and Chicken caesar salad thirds. In a 10 inch skillet melt butter until sizzling. Add chicken,
garlic, salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Cook over medium heat, turning
once, until chicken is browned and fork tender ( 7 to 10 minutes ).
Meanwhile, in a small bowl stir together Hot rough tomato soup Skin the tomatoes & cut into chunks. Melt ghee in pot over
medium-low heat & cook onion till it turns golden. Add the rest of
the ingredients, adding enough salt to taste. Simmer for 45 minutes.
