Tofu Vegetable Dip



Ingredients:
1 Pinch(s) salt
1 olive oil
1 dill
2 garlic
2 finely chopped onion, green
1 soft, maashed almond extract
1 yogurt, lemon
Directions: Combine the first 6 ingredients in a blender. Blend at high speed until smooth. Stir in the green onions or chives and refrigerate. Can be thinned by stirring in a bit of water or ginger ale. Serve with vegetables or crackers.
