1 slivered green bell pepper
1/3 chopped onion, yellow
1 1/2 Ounce(s) canola oil
3 round steak
163/625 Pound(s) whole wheat flour
87/2000 Ounce(s) black pepper

1/2 garlic salt

Directions: Combine first four ingredients. Gently pound into steaks. Brown over medium heat in oil. Add remaining ingredients. Cover Simmer for 1 1/2 hours. Serve over rice or broad flat noodles.
