Directions: 1. Beat cream cheese, yogurt cheese, and confectioner's sugar together in a large bowl until smooth.
2. Beat dessert topping and skim milk together according to package directions.
3. Fold 1/2 dessert topping into cheese mixture.
4. Combine 1/3 cup sugar, water, and egg whites in top of double boiler over simmering water.
5. Beat on high, over simmering water, until stiff peaks form.
6. Gently fold egg white mixture into cheese mixture. Set aside.
7. Lay 1/2 ladyfingers in single layer in bottom of foil-lined 9x9" pan.
8. Combine coffee with sugar and Kahlua.
9. Drizzle 1/2 coffee mixture over ladyfingers.
10. Spread with 1/2 cheese mixture.
11. Repeat with another layer of ladyfingers, coffee mixture, and cheese mixture.
12. Top with thin layer remaining 1/2 dessert toppi
ng.
13. Lightly sprinkle with cocoa.
14. Freeze for about 2 hours.
15. Cut into 12 pieces.
