Ingredients: 12 rigatoni 25 marinara sauce 2 Pound(s) garlic 13/2500 Quart(s) olive oil 6 Ounce(s) ricotta cheese 163/1250 Pound(s) grated parmesan cheese 6 Ounce(s) shredded mozzarella grated cheese |
Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and return to pot.
2. In a small saucepan, combine marinana sauce, garlic, and olive oil, bring to a boil. Lower heat; cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
3. Stir sauce into rigatoni. Place half the rigatoni into a 3-quart casserole dish.
4. Top with conbined ricotta and Parmesan cheese. Add remaining rigatoni and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
5. Cover and bake 20 minutes. Uncover; bake 5 minutes longer.
