thyme, bay leaf, salt,

pepper. Put the meat in a bowl and pour the
marinade over it. Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight or longer.

fresh tarragon leaves.
In medium bowl stir together all marinade ingredients. Use to marinate 2

Combine flour, baking soda and salt in small bowl. Beat butter, sugars and
vanilla in a large mixer bowl until creamy. Add eggs one at a time,

in morsels an Soy sauce marinade. 30 ml 2 tbsp soy sauce. 15 ml 1 tbsp sunflower oil. 1 clove garlic,
crushed. 5 ml 1 tsp ground cumin. 5 ml 1 tsp ground coriander. Ground black

Mix all the ingredients together and leave to marinade for at least one
hour.

Fish marinade Mix all ingredients together and stir well. Use as a marinade, Then as a

"knatten"s wormwood rice wine for cooking Put rice and water directly into the container. Scald the raisins before
adding them as they contain wild yeast. Stir the yeast in some lukewarm
water and add to the container together with the boiled water which is now
also lukewarm. A bag made o Lamb marinade and barbecue Mix ingredients together. Marinate butterflied lamb roast overnight, basting as needed. Cook over hot grill, baste as needed. Best served medium to rare. Makes enough marinade for about 6-8 lbs of lamb. Meat marinade Mix together and let meat soak in it for at least 2-3 hours. We marinade steak overnight in this recipe. It may take multiplying this recipe a few times for more meat. I have never used it without multiplying it.

Carrots and onions in creamy wine sauce Melt the butter in a large pan over medium heat. When it stops foaming,
add carrots, onions and raisins. Cook, stirring, for 4 minutes. Add salt, pepper,
cayenne, thyme, bay leaf, and wine. Mix well. Cover the pan and simmer
