Thai Marinade



Ingredients:
1/2 Cup(s) unsweetened coconut milk
8 Tablespoon(s) cilantro (fresh)
4 Tablespoon(s) fish sauce
4 clove garlic; chopped
6 Teaspoon(s) ginger; grated
1 lime; zested
326/625 Ounce(s) sugar
1 red chile; coarsely chopped
Directions: In a blender or food processor, puree ingredients until smooth, about 30 seconds. Arrange meat in a shallow nonreactive dish or resealable plastic bag. Add marinade; rub gently into meat. Cover; refrigerate for time in "Marinating Times" recipe, turning meat occasionally. Before cooking, remove meat from refrigerator and let it come to a cool room temperature.
