Thai Cucumber Salad



Ingredients:
3/4 distilled white vinegar
4/23 Pound(s) sugar
1/2 to 1 tsp red pepper flakes
87/2000 Ounce(s) kosher salt
1/4 finely chopped red onion
1/4 salted peanuts
4 medium, peeled and cut cucumber
Directions: Mix all ingredients except peanuts. Add just before serving. Also you can keep dressing chilled in refrigerator and use as needed with cucumbers. Yield: 4 to 6 Servings
