Directions: Scoop out avocado and mash with lemon juice, salt and pepper (1 bow). Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning in another bowl.
When ready to server: spread bean dip on large platter. Top with avocado mix. Cover that with sour cream mix. Sprinkle with onion, tomatoes, olives and cheese. Garnish with a few olives. Serve chilled or at room temperature with lots of chips.
