Ingredients:
1 Can(s) dark roast coffee
163/2500 Pound(s) divided sugar
12 Package(s) ladyfingers
1 mascarpone cheese
2 Can(s) wine
1 orange peel
1 Ounce(s) vanilla extract

Directions: Add 2 T. sugar to coffee. Soak ladyfingers in coffee. Place ladyfingers in bowl and pour leftover coffee over them. Mix cream with spatula and add 2 T. sugar. Add sweet wine to loosen it up. Use a grater and grate some orange zest and a bit of orange juice into the cheese mixture. Add vanilla extract. Xix cream so that it comes off the spatula. Use a palate knife or graterand scrape a piece of chocolate for chocolate shavings. Refriderate for 4 hours.
