Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. For crust, shape cookie dough into a ball. Place dough in center of a large round pizza pan; flatten slightly with palm of hand. Use a lightly floured rolling pin and roll out dough about 1/4" thick. Bake 16-18 minutes until a light golden brown.
2. Cool 10 minutes and then carefully loosen cookie from pan; let cool completely.
3. For topping, combine cream cheese, brown sugar, peanut butter, and vanilla in a batter bowl; mix well. Spread evenly over cookie.
4. Peel, core and slice apples. Arrange apples evenly over cream cheese mixture; sprinkle with cinnamon.
5. Heat caramel mixture in microwave on HIGH for 30-45 seconds; drizzle over apples. Grate peanuts and sprinkle over "pizza."
