(a French import), packed in jars or cans, is used for this recipe.
Traditionally, crumbled, salted duck egg yolk is added to season the soup.
If white asparagus is unava Fakes xithati ( sour lentil soup) *Note: Finely chopped parsley may be substituted for coriander leaves. Wash
lentils in several changes of cold water, or place in a sieve and run water
through them. Drain. Put lentils in a large pot with 8 cups water, spring

oil in a large kettle for 5 minutes. Add water,

tomato, orange, chilies, onions, cilantro, gingerroot and salt in

Add the wine and cook un til the alcohol has boiled off, abot 3-4 minutes. Remove from the heat and set aside. poultry seasoning into 2 quart casserole greased with butter. Blend
together mushroom soup and milk and pour over the turkey mixture. Sprinkle

to evenly distribute ingredients. Label container. Store in a cool, dry
place. Use within 6 months. Shake before using.

Remove any excess fat.
3. Prepare your choice of dressing.
4. Preheat oven to 325oF.
