Ingredients: 46 (one large can) pineapple juice 12 (one can) thawed orange juice concentrate 3/4 lemonade concentrate 1 Cup(s) water 163/625 Pound(s) sugar 20 (one pkg.) thawed, unsweetened frozen strawberries, whole 2 ginger ale |
Directions: In a punch bowl or large container, combine pineapple juice, orange juice concentrate, lemonade concentrate, 1/2 cup water and sugar.
Place (bananas), strawberries and remaining water in a blender; cover and process until smooth.
Stir into the juice mixture.
Cover and refrigerate.
Just before serving, stir in ginger ale.
Yield: 25-30 servings (about 5 quarts).

Stir in raisins or dates Cold kahlua coffee punch Dissolve coffee and sugar in 1 quart boiling water; stir well and
refrigerate. When ready to serve, combine cold coffee mix with the
remaining ingredients and pour into a punch bowl. Leave the ice cream in
one large chunk. Serve in punch cups.
Pennsylvania sweet potatoes in tangy sauce Place sweet potatoes in a large kettle and add water to cover. Cook
over medium heat until barely tender; drain. Peel and cut potatoes
into fourths. Arrange in a medium size casserole. Preheat oven to
