Linguine tuna salad * Thaw peas before using in this salad.

Cook Linguine according to package directions, drain. Meanwhile, in a
large bowl, combine lemon juice, oil, onions, sugar, Italian Seso Sliced raw tuna (ch'amch'i hoe) (1) Cut tuna fish into desired pieces.
(2) Mix soy sauce and rice wine together, boil 5 minutes, and cool.
(3) Chop green onion finely. Grate radish and remove juice slightly from grated radish.
(4) Dissolve green horseradish powder in water, making Bbq tuna burgers Mash tuna with a fork. Mix in bread crumbs, egg, celery, salad
dressing, and onion. Form into 4 patties. Barbecue or fry for 3 to 4
minutes on each side until cooked through. Place patties on
lettuce-lined buns, garnish with sliced tomatoes and Deviled tuna bake TUNA: In medium bowl, combine first 7 ingredients. Add remaining ingredients and toss lightly to combine. Spoon evenly into individual baking dishes. Sprinkle topping over tuna mixture. Run under broiler, six
inches from heat, until crumb mixture browns Hot tuna pasta salad In large bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard, sugar, basil
and salt; stir in shells, tuna and vegetables. Serve hot. Refrigerate
leftovers.
White beans with tuna salad Soak the white beans overnight to soften. Place in a large pot of water with garlic cloves and onion. Simmer for 1 hour. Remove beans and strain. Mix remaining ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste. As an alternative, you can use white cannelloni bean Tuna melt redux Mix tuna, celery, onion, mayonnaise and fresh pepper. Toast English muffin
halves until golden brown. Divide the tuna mixture on the 4 muffins halves,
top each with 2 slices of American Cheese, and broil for 1 to 2 minutes
until cheese is melt Peppered tuna skewers with wasabi mayonnaise Mix 2 T wasabi powder and 1 1/2 T water in small bowl to blend. Whisk in
1/2 cup mayonnaise. Cover wasabi mayonnaise and refrigerate at least 30
minutes. (Can be made 1 day ahead. Keep refrigerated.)
Combine tuna and soy sauce in medium bowl; toss to 30-min tuna burgers In bowl, lightly beat eggs; mix in bread crumbs, dill, horseradish,
mustard, pepper and salt.
Drain tuna; mix into bowl along with onions and celery. Shape into four

Tuna waldorf salad sandwich 1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, mustard, curry powder, salt and pepper. Add tuna, shallot, apple, walnuts, celery and pickle relish and toss until all ingredients are coated with dressing.

In a large saucepan, cook carrots, onions and celery in butter or margarine until tender but not brown; blend in flour.

browning slighlty. Add milk, stirring constantly, until the mixture
begins to thicken. Add drained tuna, and continue until the tuna is
warm.
Salt and pepper to taste. T Turkey tuna If you buy unseasoned stuffing mix, add 1 teaspoon dried sage, thyme,
or marjoram along with the poultry seasoning. Saute onion in butter
until soft and add celery, stuffing mix, and seasoning. Heat,

Chop suey with tuna Cook celery and onion in 2 tb water over low heat, covered. When
tender, remove from heat, add rice, 2 c water, and seasonings. Bring
to a boil. Turn heat to low and cook covered, until rice is tender
and liquid absorbed (about 1/2 hour). Add tun No fuss tuna quiche Preheat oven to 450. Bake pastry shell for 5 minutes; remove to rack to
cool. Reduce oven temperature to 325.
For filling, in a bowl whisk together milk and eggs. Stir in onions,
pimiento, basil and salt. Fold in tuna and cheese. Pour into preba Tuna noodle casserol Cook noodles according to package. Drain. Put all ingredients together in saucepan and mix. Serve hot!
White bean and tuna salad Soak the beans and cook them. After 20 minutes, add about 1 tablespoon salt. Cook until the beans are tender but still firm, about 30 minutes. Drain the beans and transfer them to a large bowl. Add the olive oil and toss until the beans are coated. Add th Cajun tuna Mix well. Serve on french bread with pickled okra.

Brought to you and yours via Nancy O'Brion and her Meal-M Tuna and avocado salad Peel eggs and mash real well with a regular dinner fork (more
or less mince them). Peel avocado and squeeze 1/2 lemon on
it to keep from discoloring. Then mash real well with fork.
Mix these two ingredients real well. Drain water from tuna
and mix with Hot tuna salad sandwiches Combine all ingredients and pt into the hot dog rolls. Wrap each roll in aluminum foil. Bake 30 minutes at 375 degrees.
Tuna melts Place tuna and cheese on bread. Place in oven on broil and wait until cheese is melted.
*Can use french bread or bagels as a substitute for sliced bread.
Seared tuna with tomatoes and basil In a 12 inch skillet, heat 1 1/2 T oil over medium high heat. Season tuna
generously with salt and pepper. Arrange half of tuna in skillet in a
single layer to prevent crowding. Cook, turning once, until golden brown
on top and bottom, about 1 1/2 minu Bean & tuna salad Mix together oil, vivegar, salt and pepper. Pour over beans and onion in a shallow bowl. Cover
and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Transfer bean mixture to serving
platter with slotted spoon. Break tuna into chunks and arrange on
bean mixture.
Four oaks tuna Combine first 5 ingredients, mix and refrigerate. Slice and toast brioche
and top with tomato and cucumber. Top with tune mixture. Serve with exotic

Brought to you Tuna shrimp delight 1. Place first 4 ingredients in a shallow, 1 1/2-quart, heat- resistant,
non-metallic casserole. Pour sherry over ingredients and mix gently.
2. Arrange asparagus spears over mixture and heat in Microwave Oven 8
minutes
or until mixture bubb Warm potato & tuna salad. 1. Cook the potatoes in lightly salted water for about 15 minutes or until
tender.
2. While the potatoes are cooking mix together the spring onions, most of
the parsley, the lemon juice vinegar and olive oil. Drain the potatoes and
place in Tuna pasta bake Cook the pasta for 5 minutes in boiling water or until just tender. Drain and place in a large bowl. Mix in the sweetcorn, frozen peas, undiluted soup and 1 Tablespoon of the chives.
Spoon half the pasta mixture into a large oven-proof dish. Spread half Tuna stuffed potatoes Cut a thin slice from one flat side of each potato. Scoop out the interior
of the potato into a bowl. Mash, adding the hot milk; whip until fluffy.
Add the green onions, egg and butter, whipping mixture well. Season with
salt and cayenne. Fo Tuna macaroni salad Cook pasta until tender. Drain and combine all other ingredients. Stir, chill, and serve.
Marinated tuna steaks Combine all ingredients in a plastic bag. Marinate in the fridge for atleast one half hour. Grill for approximately 8 minutes per side.
Molded tuna ring Combine tuna, eggs, olives, and celery. Soften gelatin in cold water for
at least 5 minutes; dissolve over hot water. Stir gelatin into mayonnaise,
and add sour cream, onion, salt, lemon juice, and parsley; combine with
tuna mixture.

olive oil in a large saute pan over medium-high heat until sizzling, about

Tuna casserole Cook and drain noodles. Add soup, tuna, 1 (soup) can milk. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Bake, uncovered, for 20 minutes at 350.
Reames cheesy broccoli tuna bake Preheat oven to 350'F. Cook noodles in boiling water 20 minutes. Blend
soup and milk into smooth sauce. Add onions and mushrooms. Drain
noodles. Layer 1 1/2 cups noodles, 1/3 cup tuna and 1 cup broccoli in
a 2-quart casserole. Pour in 1 cup o Albacore tuna with mushroom caper sauce Brush tuna with vegetable oil, season with salt and pepper and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a saute' pan over medium heat. Add mushrooms and saute'
for 2 minutes. Add garlic and continue cooking until garlic begins to
brown. Add wine and Double fishy tuna *Margarine could be substituted. Mash together to form a smooth paste.
Spread tuna on bread. Top with a half a peeled and sliced cucumber. Serve

Tuna pate 1. Mix tuna in a food processor till smooth. Add cream, salt, pepper, tomatoes, and one egg. Beat again.
2. Beat egg whites till it turns foamy. Combine carefully with the tuna mix.
