Directions: Melt butter in 4-quart Dutch oven. Add apples and onions, saute

Sweet & sour meatballs (chat) Mix turkey mince with breadcrumbs, chopped onion, Chinese Five Spice and
seasoning. Make into 16 balls.
Heat oil in a pan, then add onion and saute until starting to soften. Stir
in carrots and green pepper, and cook for 2 minutes.
Add stock, ketchup, dem Cerveny kapusta (red cabbage) Heat oil or render pork fat very slowly; remove bacon.
Add onion, cook until golden.
Add 1.5 tsp paprika slowly, DON'T let it burn or smoke. Let cool, and store, covered in refrigerator - will keep for a long time.
