Directions: Preheat oven to 350. Arrange alternate slices of sweet potato and apple in
a baking dish that has been sprayed with a nonstick cooking spray. Combine
orange juice, water, sugar and spices. Pour mixture evenly over potatoes
and apples. Dot with margarine, and bake uncovered 1 hour.
