1 medium Walla Walla Onion, sliced
4 large Lettuce Leaves
1/2 Fresh Cucumber, sliced
1 large Tomato, sliced
2 Tablespoon(s) Olive Oil
1 Squeeze Of Lemon Juice
Directions: Place the lettuce leaves on four plates, top with slices of onion, cucumber, and tomato. Drizzle salad with olive oil and a little lemon juice. Season well with salt and pepper. Serve immediately. NOTE: Any sweet onion can be substituted for the Walla Walla onions.
