Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 350 Deg F. Grease an 8-inch square baking pan. 2. Combine flour, sugar, cornmeal, baking powder and salt in a medium bowl. Combine milk, eggs, vegetable oil and butter in a small bowl; mix well. Add to flour mixture; stir just until blended. Pour into prepared baking pan. 3. Bake for 35 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
