1/2 lb Scallops, Sweet 'n sour beets In a small saucepan, mix cornstarch with water and vinger. Stir over
medium heat until mixture thickens. Add beets and Sweet 'N Low. Let stand
for 30 minutes. Just before serving, reheat until hot. Serving size: (1/3
cup) Food Exchange Grandmother's sweet bread (babka) Grease side and bottom of 2 (10-inch) tube pans. Prepare Topping; set
aside. In a shallow, medium bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water. Add 1
tablespoon sugar and 1/2 cup flour; stir to combine. Cover; let stand in a
warm place 5 to 10 minutes until Ground chicken salad Saute chicken in oil with garlic, onion, salt, paprika, pepper and

medium-sized bowl. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-low heat and saute
onions for 5 to 6 minutes. Add onions and oil to the bulgur. Mix the tomato

The following day, drain and wash the chick-peas, then cover with fresh water. Bring to a boil, then lower the heat and simmer until tender, 1-1/2 to 2 hours. Drain an Wild mushroom salad with balsamic vinaigrette Dry greens well, break into bite size pieces and place in salad bowl.
Heat butter in large skillet on medium high heat. Add shallots and garlic.
Cook until fragrant.
Add mushrooms and cook for 5 to 8 minutes, until mushrooms are wilted and
tende Diced gazpacho salad Remove husks from tomatillos and rinse. Dice red onion to yield 1/2 cup.
Seed cucumber and cut into 1/2-inch dice to yield 1 cup. Seed red bell

tins with lecithin. Toast the walnuts in the oven for 7-10 minutes,
stirring occasionally. Allow the nuts to cool. Then coarsely chop them with
