Directions: Soften gelatin in cold water; stir well. Add sugar and salt. Gradually add
boiling water, stirring until gelatin is dissolved. Add vinegar and lime
juice. Chill until consistency of unbeaten egg white. Fold in apple, green
pepper, and onion. Spoon into 12 (1/2 cup) individual molds, and chill
until set. Unmold on lettuce-lined plate, and garnish with apple wedges, if
desired.

Stir-fry mushrooms and onion for 3 minutes over medium-high heat. Remove from pan. Warm grilled potato and fennel salad with herbed buttermilk dressing Preheat the grill to medium-high.
Place the potatoes in the center of a double thickness of heavy aluminum foil. Toss with 1 to 1 1/2 tablespoons of the oil and season lightly with salt and pepper. Wrap up in the foil, turning up the edges to seal. Place Roasted beet salad with horseradish vinaigrette in another baking dish. Whisk olive oil, thyme, salt, and 1/4 tsp pepper

Place the prosciutto slices on a baking sheet and bake until just crisp, about 10 minutes. Let cool. Crumble the prosciutto slices into a container and store in the refrigerator.
