Directions: Remove and finely chop stems. Drain caps. In 1 quart bowl, combine butter, onion, stems, pepperoni, green pepper and garlic. Cover and microwave on high for 2 - 3 minutes, until tender.
Stir in the Ritz, parsley, Parmesan cheese, seasoned salt, oregano and pepper. Mix well. Mound the mixture into mushroom caps. Place the caps in baking dish. Microwave, covered, @ 50% power for 4 minutes until mushrooms are hot.

4 canned chipotle chiles in adobo sauce, diced
1 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 C. c Mexican stuffed peppers Wash the peppers and cut them in half lengthwise.
Remove the seeds.
Place the peppers, cut side facing down, on a rack above boiling water.
Cover the pot and steam for about 10 minutes, or until the peppers are just
beginning to get soft. Barley stuffed green peppers Preheat oven to 350F. Heat the oil in a large skillet. Add mushrooms
and onions and cook, stirring until the onions are browned. Stir in
the barley, parsley, thyme and pepper(ground). Stir in the cheese; set
aside. Rinse the bell peppers. Cut o Stuffed flank steak Broil peppers on broiler pan in preheated broiler 5 inches from heat,
