Directions: Place strawberries in buttered 8-9" square pan. Pour orange juice over berries. Blend one cup sugar, flour, baking powder, salt, butter and milk. Spread mixture over berries. Combine the 1/4 cup sugar and cornstarch and sprnkle over batter. Pour one cup boiling water over the top and bake in prheated 350 degree oven for 50-60 minutes, or until lightly brown. Top with cool whip or ice cream.
