"fried" brown rice One of our favorite quick (but incredibly messy) meals is "fried" brown
rice. I find I like it even better than the fried white rice I get at
Chinese restaurants. We had this last night:
In a LARGE non-stick skillet, sautй the Stir fried chicken breast with broccoli Marinade - combine the soy sauce, cornstarch, cold water, 1 Tbsp olive oil and 1/4 tsp sugar. set aside.

oil over medium heat. Add rice and fry until golden brown. Reduce heat to
simmer and add chicken mixture and chicken stock. Cover pan and cook until
rice is tender, abou Chocolate-colated apples (Chopped in food processor or nut chopper, NOT blender) Insert wooden stick
into stem end of each washed & thoroughly dried apple. Cover tray or cookie
sheet W/ waxed paper.
In medium microwave-safe bowl, place 1-2/3 c peanut butter chips in Un-fried french fries Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Slice each potato lengthwise into 1/4-inch ovals, then slice each oval
lengthwise into matchsticks.
Coat a baking sheet with 3 sprays of the vegetable oil.
Combine the egg whites and cajun spice in a bowl. Add t Chicken and sweet pepper stir-fry Cut chicken into 1/2" pieces. Place in a bowl; stir in soy sauce and
sherry. Let stand 30 minutes. Spray a cold wok or large skillet with
vegetable cooking spray; preheat over medium-high heat. Add onion,
stir-fry 2 minutes. Add peppers, stir Chicken fried tofu w/ cream gravy preheat a 400 degree oven
slice tofu in .25 to .5 inch slices. Put first three ingredients in
blender and run for a bit on high speed. Marinate tofu sliced in
ixture for about 15 minutes on a side. Dredge slices in bread crumbs.
Bake on cookie sheet for Denise's stir fry and marinade Marinate chicken or meat pieces in the marinade for at least an hour. Stir
fry in very hot 2 tablespoons of oil. Remove from the pan. Add thinly
sliced vegetables and stir fry for 3 minutes. Return the meat to the pan.

Put oven rack in lower third of oven and preheat oven to 375F.
Halve pork loin crosswise, then pat dry and sprinkle with 1 teaspoon salt

Whip together the boxed pancake mix (used dry from the box) with the
club soda, till the batter becomes the consistency of buttermilk.
You may have to add a little more club soda to achieve this
consistency. (Perhaps a 1/2 cup Skewered scallops Alternate scallops, mushrooms & tomatoes on 6 skewers; add zucchini
piece at end of each kabob. Combine remaining ingredients; brush over
kabobs. Grill 3" from coals, brushing with sauce until done. Or oven

Stir-fried asparagus with mushrooms Clean the asparagus & trim. Parboil for 2 to 3 minutes.
Dissolve the bouillon cube in 1/2 c water then add the cornstarch &
stir to dissolve.
Heat the oil in a wok over medium-high heat almost to the smoking
point. Add the garlic &a Broccoli ginger stir fry Heat large skillet or wok over medium-high heat until hot. Add the oil; when the oil is hot add the broccoli, garlic, soy sauce and ginge. Stirfry 2 - 4 minutes or until broccoli is crisp tender.
Oven fried chicken Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Combine bread crumbs with spices.
Combine egg whites with yogurt. Roll chicken pieces in flour, then
in yogurt, then in bread crumbs, coating thoroughly. Put chicken in
a shallow baking dish. Spray chicken very lightly wit Easy fried chicken Place chicken in a shallow pan and sprinkle with sherry; let stand for 10
minutes. Meanwhile, in a plastic bag combine flour, garlic salt, salt,
paprika, pepper, sage, thyme, and basil. Into a heavy, wide frying pan

Dulse fried oyster mushrooms Combine the ingredients for the three mixtures separately & set aside.
Line a baking sheet with absorbent towels. Heat oil to 350F in a
medium-sized saucepan, about 5 minutes over medium heat.
Dredge mushrooms in flour mixture. Shake off Grandmother's southern fried okra Combine okra, tomato, onion, garlic & jalapeno in large bowl. In separate
