Take all ingredients and put it in a cup and mix well. You can vary

Sour cream marinade for chicken **This delicious marinade makes enough for 3 lbs chicken parts.**
In a bowl, blend together salad dressing mix, water, and lemon juice. Add
sour cream and combine thoroughly. Slowly add salad oil, whipping until
creamy. Marinate chicken pieces Apple soy marinade Combine, add meat and chill 12 to 24 hours before cooking. Makes enough for
4-5 pound roast or brisket.

Spicy fish marinade mix together
The coach house wine marinade Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Makes about 1-1/2 cups
Rainy day steak 1) In a black cast iron frying pan, melt butter.
2) Rub steaks in garlic salt.
3) Place steaks in pan and garnish with onion slices.
4) Place the pan under the broiler and broil for 10 minutes.
5) Turn the steaks over and broil until done to your taste.
Meat marinade Mix together and let meat soak in it for at least 2-3 hours. We marinade steak overnight in this recipe. It may take multiplying this recipe a few times for more meat. I have never used it without multiplying it.

The Berberes are a nomadic tribe in northern Africa. Fenugreek is a

Cut steak into 4 equal portions, and press the peppercorns evenly into

with the marinade in a nonmetallic bowl. Refrigerate 6 to 8 hours or
overnight. Drain meat, reser Chinese pepper steak #1 Cut steak slant wise into 1/8 inch thick slivers. Brown in large heavy frying pan in oil with salt and pepper.
#2 Add onion , peppers and celery. Add bouillion. Cover and cook 10 minutes or untiul tender but not limp.

dredging pracitcal.) Plac Grilled flank steak on a bed of roasted peppers and onions Put the steaks in a shallow non-aluminum container and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 tablespoon vinegar and 2 teaspoons pepper.
Cover and let marinate 2 hours at room temperature.
Preheat the oven to 400. Rub the onions with 2 tablespoons oil Red wine marinade *2 teaspoons dried tarragon leaves can be substituted for 2 tablespoons
fresh tarragon leaves.
In medium bowl stir together all marinade ingredients. Use to marinate 2
pounds meat (chicken, pork or beef). Cook as desired. Yield: 2 cups.
Caribou marinade i- juniper Combine ingredients in a non metal bowl. Enough for 10 chops or 5 large
steaks. Cover and marinade 2 days or longer. Turn daily. The strained
marinade can be used as a BBQ baste or incorporated into gravies and sauces
afterwards.
Daikon steak Slice along the daikon radish every 3/4 inches, resulting in circular pieces.
Peel the skin off the daikon.
In a grid, cut lightly into the top and bottom of the daikon slices, approx 1/8 inches deep. This is to allow the daikon to cook faster and abosrb Miso marinade Combine all ingredients and use as a marinade for fish or vegetables.
Stuffed flank steak Broil peppers on broiler pan in preheated broiler 5 inches from heat,
turning occasionally, until all sides are blackened, about 15 minutes.
Place in brown paper bag and seal. When cool enough to handle, core, seed,
and peel peppers. Dice peppers Steak & ale marinade Mix ingredients for each marinade and marinate steaks or chicken up to 24
hours in the fridge. Add a dash of worcestershire sauce to steak marinade.

Ginger, soy, and sherry marinade for pork Combine all ingredients and mix well. Coat the meat liberally with the
sauce and allow it to marinate for several hours.
During the last 10 to 15 minutes of grilling, baste meat with the marinade.
