Ingredients: 4/23 Ounce(s) dried oregano 3 Pound(s) Squash 1 27/625 Pound(s) shredded cheddar cheese 3 Carrots 2 shredded mozzarella cheese 1 small Jar pimento 8 beaten eggs 1 Can(s) Cream of Chicken soup 8 package crescent roll dough 1 large Onion 1 pork sausage 1 Package(s) Corn bread stuffing mix 1/4 Pound(s) Oleo |
Directions: Dice squash, carrots and onions. Boil until tender and drain. Add
pimento to oleo and cream of chicken soup. Season with salt and
pepper. Cover bottom of baking dish with part of stuffing mix. Layer
squash mixture over stuffing and top with remainder of stuffing mix.
Bake at 350 F. until lightly brown.
