Spinach With Mushrooms



Ingredients:
1 Pound(s) Spinach
6 medium Mushrooms
3 Tablespoon(s) Vegetable Oil
1 small Onion, finely chopped
1 Centiliter(s) Garlic, minced
1 Tablespoon(s) Lemon Juice
1 Teaspoon(s) Salt
1 Teaspoon(s) Sugar
1 Dash(s) Ground Nutmeg
Directions: Remove stems and any blemished leaves from spinach; wash well in several changes of water; drain. Wipe mushrooms with a damp cloth; trim stem ends; cut through stems and caps into thin slices. Heat oil in a large skillet; add onion, garlic, and mushrooms; stir-fry 3 minutes over medium-high heat. Add spinch; cook, turning and stirring gently, 2 to 3 minutes, or until spinach is wilted. Stir in lemon juice, salt, sugar, and nutmeg; cook 30 seconds. Serve immediately.
