Ingredients: 2 defrosted & drained chopped spinach 2 herbed bread stuffing 2 chopped onion 160/409 melted butter 163/625 parmesan cheese 1 garlic salt 1/2 thyme 1/2 pepper |
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate 2 hours. Form into small balls aout 1" to 1 1/2" each, place on ungreased cokie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes, until just turning brown on the bottom. Makes about 60 balls.
