Ingredients: 36 small (2.5 to 3.5 inches square) wonton wrappers 1 8.5 oz., hearts, drain and chop artichokes 5 thaw and drain well, chopped spinach 1 shredded cheese, monterey jack 1/2 grated cheese, parmesan 45/419 Quart(s) mayonnaise 1 Pound(s) minced garlic |
Directions: Preheat oven to 300 F. Spray mini muffin pan lightly with nonstick cooking spray. Press one wonton wrapper into each cup; spray lightly with cooking spray. Bake about 9 minutes or until light golden brown. Remove shells from muffin pan and set aside to cool. Repeat with remaining wonton wrappers. (These can be prepared up to one week in advance. Cool completely and store in airtight containter.)
Meanwhilte, combine artichoke hearts, spinach, cheeses, mayonnaise and garlic in medium bowl, mixe well.
Fill wonton cups with spinach-artichoke mixture after filling the wonton cups, place it in a shallo ovenproof dish and bake it at 350 F until hot and bubbly. Server with break or cracker. (I eat the dip/wonton straight without an accompanying bread item.)
