Pour yogurt into wide shallow bowl and set it on your work surface.

over a baking Grilled salmon with basil and mint Prepare grill for cooking. If using a charcoal grill, open vents on bottom
of grill, then light charcoal. Charcoal fire is medium-hot when you can
hold your hand 5 inches above rack for 3 to 4 seconds. If using a gas
grill, preheat burners on high, cov Pineapple refresher Drain the pineapple slices, reserving 2 tablespoons of the juice.
In a 2-cup microwave-safe measuring cup, combine the brown sugar,
cornstarch, orange juice, and reserved pineapple juice. Microwave on HIGH

Just before serving, stir in sparkling water. Serve over ice.

To make Spicy Girls’ Dry Rub, in medium bowl combine all ingredients for the rub and stir well to blend. Place ribs flat in a non-reactive roasting pan.
