Ingredients: 1 1/2 Tablespoon(s) Whole scallions -- thinly 1 1/2 Tablespoon(s) Cognac 1 1/2 Tablespoon(s) Ground coriander 1 1/2 Tablespoon(s) Steak Sauce 1 1/2 Teaspoon(s) Cayenne pepper 2 large Garlic cloves, minced 2 Tablespoon(s) Peanut oil |
Directions: Grind spices and garlic in a mortar with pestle. When finely ground, work
in oil and cognac. Rub over both sides of steak and let marinate for 1 to
2 hours at room temperature before grilling.
Yield: Enough for two 2-pound steaks.
