soft and translucent but not brown. In a large bowl, combine the onions,
mashed potato, bread crumb Albóndigas (meatballs) Mix pork, beef, egg, rice, 1/2 of onion, and tomio together; make into small balls. Bring water to boil and add balls; simmer at low boil for 1 hour. Albondigas en salsa chipotle [meatballs in chipotle sauce] MEATBALLS: Combine all the meatball ingredients, except the oil, and mix
well. Form into 1 1/2-inch balls. Brown the meatballs in the oil, remove,
and keep warm.
SAUCE: To make the sauce, add the oil to the pan and saute
the onion and garlic unt Slow - spaghetti squash steamed with peppercorns Place the water and peppercorns in an electric slow cooker. Using a sturdy
two-pronged fork or a paring knife, pierce the shell of the squash in
numerous places sos it doesn't explode. Plate it in the slow cooker. Cover

meatballs. Place in rectangular pan, 13 X 9 X 2 inches, sprayed with
nonstick cooking spray. Bake uncovered unt Curried meatballs with mango chutney Place the oil and chopped onion in a skillet over medium low heat, cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to low, add curry and cook for 1 minute (toasts the curry -- increasing flavor). Remove to a bowl and cool. Chicken spaghetti - crockpot Here's what I've done a time or four. This "recipe" has not been
cooked often enough to be stabilized and really called a recipe.
Still, there have been no complaints and many requests for seconds.
A tsp to a Tbsp or so of the followin Outrageous meatballs Combine the ground beef, tomato sauce, salt, and bread crumbs. For into 1
inch meatballs and brown until cooked through. In a saucepan combine chili
sauce, jelly, ketchup, brown sugar, and lemon juice. Place the meatballs
in the sauce and heat thr Dhb's spaghetti sauce Don't substitute curly parsley. It does not have to be the extra-virgin stuff, but you do want it to flavor the sauce, so use something worth eating. Do not reduce the oil. It serves as a flavoring and not just a medium for sauteing the veggies.
Turkey swedish meatballs Mix together salt, allspice and pepper in a medium mixing bowl. Add turkey and gently mix with hands to combine; shape into 24 (1-inch) balls.

Using a scoop to measure; saute meatballs until browned.
Put in a large sauce pan and cover with chunky tomato sauce or marinara and
bake at 350F for 45 minutes.
Spaghetti squash tetrazzini Boil squash in large pot for 45 minutes until soft. Drain and let cool.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Divide squash in half and remove the
seeds. Scrape the squash out into a bowl. chicken
Boil onion, garlic, clove, parsley, basil and chick Fusilli and meatballs 1. Coat large saucepan with nonstick cooking spray and set over medium-high heat. Saute onion and garlic until soft about 5 minutes. Transfer 2 tablespoons onion mixture to large bowl.
2. Process Italian and whole tomatoes in food processor until fair Spaghetti squash with cheese Pierce squash with fork in several places. Place on baking sheet and
bake at 350F 45 minutes. Turn and bake 45 minutes longer, or until
shell yields to pressure. When cool enough to handle, cut squash in

2. Roll into balls about 1 inch in diameter.

turkey to pan along with onions. Stir frequently with a fork until meat
