Directions: 30 ml 2 tbsp soy sauce. 15 ml 1 tbsp sunflower oil. 1 clove garlic,
crushed. 5 ml 1 tsp ground cumin. 5 ml 1 tsp ground coriander. Ground black
pepper.
Mix all the ingredients together and leave to marinade for at least one
hour.
Cook over a barbecue, under a grill, or in the oven.
VARIATIONS.
Experiment with other spices.

heresy, I have used this recipe for barbeque chicken for many years. It
only takes 5 minutes to cook. Combine ingredients in saucepan. Cook and
