This is a combination of sourdough and whole wheat, enhanced with the
nutty flavor of sesame seeds. Serve it warm with any soup or salad.
NOTES:
1. For Panasonic/National machines, use 3 tsp. of yeast for the 1 1/2
pound loaf.
2. For DAK/Welbilt machines, use 3/4 cup of warm water for the 1 1/2
pound loaf.

This sweet bread is surprisingly versatile. You can use it in lieu of
raisin bread for French toast, or serve it warm with cream cheese and
honey for a dessert bread. The applesauce and yogurt contribute a
refleshing moistness to Pear-walnut bread Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine bread mix, nectar, and egg in a
large bowl until well blended. Stir in chopped pears and nuts. Turn
batter into greased and floured 8 1/2 x 4 1/2-inch loaf pan. Bake 45
to 55 minutes, or until a wooden pic Capirotada (bread pudding) Toast the sliced bread, break into 2" pieces. Make a syrup of water, sugar,
