Bean & tuna salad Mix together oil, vivegar, salt and pepper. Pour over beans and onion in a shallow bowl. Cover
and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Transfer bean mixture to serving
platter with slotted spoon. Break tuna into chunks and arrange on
bean mixture.
Curried tuna sandwich Drain and flake tuna. Combine all ingredients, except bread and butter.
Spread each bread around with butter and tuna mixture. Tops may be
decorated with spring of parsley, bit of pimineto or olive slice. Makes 12
opened faced sandwiches. Foo Tuna pasta bowl 1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Return to pan, cover and keep warm.
2. Add beans and undrained tomatoes. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, 9 minutes or until slightly thickened.

Peppered tuna skewers with wasabi mayonnaise Mix 2 T wasabi powder and 1 1/2 T water in small bowl to blend. Whisk in
1/2 cup mayonnaise. Cover wasabi mayonnaise and refrigerate at least 30
minutes. (Can be made 1 day ahead. Keep refrigerated.)
Combine tuna and soy sauce in medium bowl; toss to Seared tuna steaks w. caper butter Rub the tuna with olive oil, salt and plenty of freshly ground pepper. Set aside to marinate for at least 20 minutes.

of the potato into a bowl. Mash, adding the hot milk; whip until fluffy.
Add the green onions, egg and butter, whipping mixture well. Season with

or less mince them). Peel avocado and squeeze 1/2 lemon on
it to keep from discoloring. Then mash real well with fork.

generously with salt and pepper. Arrange half of tuna in skillet in a
single layer to prevent crowding. Cook, turning once, until golden brown
on top and bottom, about 1 1/2 minu Family-size tuna melt Heat oven to 450 degrees. Mix baking mix, 1/3 cup mayonnaise and the milk
until soft dough forms; beat vigorously 30 seconds. Turn onto surface
