8 Ounce(s) Cream cheese, softened
1 Centiliter(s) Garlic, pressed
1/2 Cup(s) Small-curd cottage cheese
1/4 Cup(s) Minced onion
1/2 Cup(s) Minced fresh green chile
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Dried thyme
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Ground coriander
1/4 Teaspoon(s) Tabasco sauce
1 Cup(s) Chopped fresh parsley
1 Cup(s) Chopped pine nuts
Directions: Drain salmon. Mash salmon, complete with bones, in food processor. Combine remaining ingredients except parsley and pine nuts. Stir together with salmon until pureed. Form into a ball and chill for several hours. Roll in parsley and nuts. Serve with crackers or chips.
