Directions: Mix pork, bell pepper, onion and 1 cup of the barbecue sauce in a 3-quart or larger slow-cooker. Cover and cook on high 4-5 hours or on low for 8-10 hours until pork is very tender. Stir in remaining barbecue sauce and the drained beans.
Makes enough for 2 dinners. Good spooned over corn bread, and served with a green salad.
