2 Pound(s) Ground beef; extra lean
2 Can(s) Kidney beans
2 Can(s) Tomato sauce
2 medium Onions; chopped
1 Green pepper; chopped
2 Garlic clove; minced
2 Teaspoon(s) Salt; optional
1 Teaspoon(s) Pepper
Directions: In a skillet, brown beef, drain. Transfer to a slow cooker. Add the next 9 ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high 4-4 1/2 hours.
