Brush the salmon steaks lightly with some of the oil. Combine the two types
of sesame seeds in a flat dish or pan and dredge the flesh side (not the

egg yolk. Season with salt and pepper. Add stiffly beaten egg whites,
folding them in gently. In a deep, well-buttered, casserole dish, mix the
shredded cheese with the Potato casserole Thaw potatoes and combine with 1/2 cup margarine, salt, pepper, onions,
soup, sour cream and cheese. Place in a greased 9 x 13 inch casserole.
