Directions: In large skillet, brown ground beef over medium-high heat; drain. Stir in remaining ingredients. Simmer, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes. Serve, if desired, over toasted hamburger buns. MICORWAVE DIRECTIONS: In a 2-quart casserole, heat ground beef, uncovered, at HIGH (Full Power) for 7 minutes. Drain. Stir in remaining ingredients. Heat covered, stirring occasionally, 4 minutes or until headed through. Let stand, covered, for 5 minutes. Serve as above.

Spagetti sauce - girard style Also need salt, Mrs. Dash and italian seasonings to taste.
All listed ingredients are approximations. Just add to taste and desired texture level.
Can substitute 1 gallon tomato paste + 1 1/2 gallons water for 2 gallons tomato sauce.
Cook onions and garl Carciofi alla romana (artichokes roman style) Combine first 7 ingredients in an ovenproof casserole. Add artichokes. Bake
covered in preheated 375-degree oven 30 to 40 minutes until tender. Remove
artichokes from liquid, put on tray to cool. Cut in quarters. Serve at room
temperature.
Red snapper veracruz style * Use large Red Snapper or other fish fillets cut into 6 serving
pieces
in this recipe. ** The pimento-stuffed olives should be sliced.
*** Use a small pickled Jalapeno Pepper that has been rinsed, seeded
and

freshly pressed) If mixture looks too thin, add 2 or 3 tb flour to a
small amt. of cold milk, stir until smooth, and slowly Baked orange roughy-italian style 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F Coat a medium baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
2. In a shallow bowl, mix bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, Romano cheese, garlic powder, and salt.
3. Brush both sides of orange roughy fillets with butter, and dredge Potato pancakes german style Potatoes are grated on medium grater. 2 1/2 Cups Approx.
Grate raw potatoes into water to which lemon juice has been
added. Place potatoes in a strainer or cheese cloth and drain off
liquid. Drain well. Beat raw and cooked potatoes with egg, mil Country-style chicken kiev Combine 1st six ingredients. Dip chicken in butter and set remaining butter aside. Roll chicken in crumb mixture. Place in greased casserole dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. At end of baking time, combine butter with wine and parsley and pour ove New orleans-style shrimp and rice Melt butter in a large Dutch oven over medium heat. Add flour, and stir
until light brown, 3-4 minutes. Add bell peppers, onions and celery; cook,
stirring occasionally, until softened, about 7 minutes. Add tomatoes,
broth, parsley, spices, salt and ho Sloppy joes for 100 In a large Dutch oven, brown the beef, onions, peppers and celery in
batches until meat is browned. Remove with a slotted spoon to a large
roaster; add the next 8 ingredients. Cover and simmer for 3 to 4 hours.
Serve on buns. Yield 100 servings.
Grilled chicken moroccan style Whisk first 8 ingredients in large glass baking dish. Add all the chicken; turn to coat. Cover with plastic wrap; chill 4-6 hours.
Prepare grill (medium heat). Place marinade-coated chicken on grill. Grill chicken until just cooked through, occasional Cajun-style chicken nuggets * You can use onion or onion-mushroom recipe soup mix in this recipe.
** Chicken breasts should be cut into 1-inch pieces.

In large bowl, combine onion recipe soup mix, bread Sloppy joes (low-fat way) Spray large skillet with no-stick cooking spray. Heat over
medium-high heat about 30 seconds. Crumble extra lean ground turkey
breast into skillet. Add onion, bell pepper and celery. Cook and
stir 3 to 5 minutes or until turkey is lightly browned and "philly-style" white pizza Saute vegetables in 1 tb. olive oil until limp; add roast beef. Saute for
three more minutes. Add Worchestershire sauce and seasonings; cook 2-3
minutes more and remove from heat. Set aside.
Dust work surface with flour and roll out bread dough Spaghetti alla amatriciana (spaghetti amatrice style) In large saute pan, over medium heat, cook pancetta until crisp, about 6 minutes. Remove to paper towel lined plate.
Add olive oil to saute pan and heat over medium heat. Add onions to saute pan.
Season with salt and pepper. Saute until wilted, about 4 mi Sloppy joes w/homemade sloppy joe seasoning mix Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium high heat. Drain excess grease.
Add sloppy joe seasoning mix, water and tomato sauce. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 10minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve on
toasted hamburger buns.
Barbecue-style dry rub for ribs To prepare the rub, simply mix all ingredients together. This rub yields
enough to coat about 4 slabs. Store leftover rub in an airtight jar or in
the freezer.
NOTES : Makes 1 1/2 cup. This dry rub is a fairly traditional combination
