mixture, then add meat and sauce mix to the cooked macaroni, serve.
Rice with black beans Saute onions and garlic in a small amount of liquid (the original recipe called for oil, but I just used a little water) until tender. Stir in tomatoes, beans, water, and oregano. Bring to a boil. Stir in rice. Return to boil. Reduce heat, cover, and sim Gujerati-style green beans - gujerati sem Trim the beans and cut them into 1 inch lengths. Blanch the beans by dropping them into a pot of boiling water and boiling rapidly for 3 to 4 minutes or until they are tender. Drain immediately in a colander and rinse under cold, running water. sauce and bouillon. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours. Add drained

batches until meat is browned. Remove with a slotted spoon to a large
roaster; add the next 8 ingredients. Cover and simmer for 3 to 4 hours.

heat to boiling. Boil 2 minutes and remove from the heat; let stand
for 1 hour. Add just enough water to the beans to cover. Stir in the
remaining ingredients and heat to boi White beans with sausage, basil and tomato Working over a large bowl squeeze juice from tomatoes and crush flesh into large chunks of tomato pulp. In a large heavy saucepan heat oil, crumble sausages into small pieces, and saute until it begins to brown. Add garlic and stir well.
