Apple butter barbecued chicken Place chicken in a greased 8 inch square baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients, pour over chicken. Bake, uncovered, at 375 F. for 25 minutes or until meat juices run clear.
Yield: 4 servings.

* Use whole chickens that you cut into pieces or use breast only. If
using breast only you may need to shorten cooking time by a few
minutes.
1. In large heavy skillet, heat a small amount of oil and brown
