Slice Tomatoes and Gravy



Ingredients:
1 small potato, fresh, yellow
3 fish
2 Fresh garden tomatoes,sliced
1 broccoli, frozen
1/2 wine, white
2 Tablespoon(s) Drippings or chicken fat
1 shredded cheese, cheddar
1 1/2 sauce, worcestershire
2 Tablespoon(s) Flour
1 lemon, juice
1 Cup(s) Sweet milk
1 (or coriander) cilantro
1 greenonions
1/2 oil, olive
Directions: Arrange the tomatoes on 2 plates. To make the gravy, melt the fat in a heavy saucepan and add flour, stirring briefly over medium heat. Add sweet milk and stir until it comes to a full boil, adding the bouillon granules fro extra flavor. Serve the gravy over the sliced tomatoes. Note: Before someone asks the question, "what is sweet milk", I will give you her comment. "Sweet" milks is the country term for non-buttermilk.
