boil until wilted and tender. Drain thoroughly and set aside.
Boil beets until completely tender. Drain, then cover in cold water to
cool. When cooled, slip off roots and skin Stollen (christmas bread) Dissolve the yeast in the water and proof it. Add the sugar, eggs, egg yolk, butter and half of the flour. Beat for 10 minutes.
