Ingredients:
1/3 cheese, parmesan
1 1/3 Cup(s) Wheat flakes
3/4 cheese, mozzarella
2/3 Cup(s) Self-rising flour
3/4 cheese, cheddar
1/4 Cup(s) Raisins (plumped)
1/4 pepper
2 Tablespoon(s) Packed brown sugar
1/4 salt
1/2 Cup(s) Nonfat milk
1 egg, whole
2 Tablespoon(s) Margarine, melted, cooled
1 milk
1 thawed & squeezed dry spinach, frozen
2 oil, olive
8 mushroom, white, sliced
2 crumbs, bread, italian
1/2 chopped onion, red
Directions: Preheat oven to 400F (205C). Coat a medium-size baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray; set aside. In a medium-size bowl, combine cereal, flour, raisins and brown sugar. Add milk and melted margarine and mix thoroughly with a wooden spoon. Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls onto baking sheet, spacing about 2 inches apart. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm. Makes about 10 scones.
