Corn bread dressing Mix a little of the cornbread stuffing mix with cornbread.
Cut up apple, celery and onion and add to mix.
Place cooked turkey neck trimmings and liver in cornbread mix. Add
poultry seasoning and bake in dish alone.

THE CHICKEN WINGS, discard tips and heat the oil to a temperature of 375F
in a deep-sided pot. Rinse the chicken wings, and pat dry on paper towels.
Mix the butter with African tomato-avocado-buttermilk soup Puree tomatoes in a food processor or food mill, then press through a sieve
to remove seeds. In a large mixing bowl, beat the pureed tomatoes, tomato
paste, buttermilk, and oil. Toss pureed avocado with 1 tablespoon lemon
juice to hold the color. Skillet herb-fried chicken Pour milk into bowl. Combine flour, salt, paprika, pepper, summer savory, and thyme in a shallow dish. Dip chicken in milk, then dredge in flour mixture.

Yield: 6 se Grilled apple & herb marinated pork chops and potatoes Cover potatoes with 1 inch of water and simmer 10 minutes or until tender;
drain. Blend all ingredients except potatoes and chops in a blender. Halve
the potatoes and toss gently with 1/4 cup of the marinade. Pour remaining
marinade over chops. Squash dressing Cook onions, pepper and celery in butter until soft. Add to cornbread,
stir well.
Stir in remaining ingredients, mix well.
Pour into greased 9x13x2 dish. Bake 50 minutes at 400 degrees.

A simple dressing Beat all ingredients together with a rotary beater or wire beater. Or you
can put it in a jar, cover and shake well. this is a fine dressing to use
on lettuce and fresh tomatoes. Many of the recipes in this collection did
not contain amounts or o Herb stuffing for poultry To do ahead of time: In a large bowl, toss bread cubes with parsley,
salt, and seasonings. Melt butter in skillet. Add chopped onion and
celery and cook about 5 minutes until just soft; stirring
occasionally. Toss in with bread mixture. If preparing ah Lemon herb potatoes 1. Bake potatoes until done. Cool.
2. Saute onions and garlic in unsalted margarine. Scoop out potatoes
and mash. Beat in onion mixture, hot skimmed milk, lemon and pepper.
Mix in dill and parsley. Refill skins. Sprinkle with paprika.
3. Bak Chris' crock pot dressing Lightly grease crock pot. Crumble cornbread into mixer bowl. Add all
ingredients except butter. Pour mixture into crock pot. Dot top with
butter. Cook on high 2 hours or on low 3-4 hours.
Parmesan herb chicken Combine first 6 ingredients. Dip chicken in butter (could add a little milk too if you wish), then coat chicken with parmesan mixture. Place in greased pan and bake uncovered at 350 -375degrees for about 45 minutes.

Ginger-tofu dressing Grate the ginger very fine. Combine all in a blender and puree until creamy.
Thousand island dressing Combine egg, catsup, tomato puree, mayonnaise, relish, olives, chives, pimiento, salt, pepper, mustard and MSG and beat. Gradually beat in
buttermilk until desired consistency is reached.
Makes about 4 1/2 cups
Wild pecan dressing with roasted goose In a large saute pan, melt the butter. Add the onions and celery. Season with salt and cayenne. Saute the vegetables for 3 to 4 minutes. Stir in the garlic. Add the pecans and saute for 4 minutes. Add the apples and rice and continue sauteing for 1 minute Butterflied cornish hens with fine herb gremolata In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Preheat grill. Brush the hens with olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Grill the hens over low heat until cooked through, approximately 10 to 12 minutes per side.
Serve each person a Dessert buttermilk biscuits Heat an oven to 400øF. Combine the flour with the sugar and butter in a
mixing bowl. Cut in the butter by hand or by machine until the mixture is
evenly crumbly.
Add the buttermilk and stir only until well moistened. Turn out onto a work

the liquid ingredients)

Bring the apricots and water (or chicken or turkey stock) just to a
boil in a saucepan. Let stand for 10 minutes. Add the celery, nuts
and bread. Tos Buttermilk melt scones Cut butter into 1-inch cubes and combine with the dry ingredients in a food processor (I generally use my stand mixer). Process thoroughly. Put mixture in a bowl and chill for at least 10 minutes. Mix flour mixture with enough buttermilk to moisten well. Smashed radishes in soy dressing Remove heads and tails from radishes; wash. Using bottom of heavy drinking
glass, about 2" across base, hit radishes on side to crack them - not mash
them - so dressing can get into flesh. Avoid rendering a crushing blow no
matter how you fe Primavera salad with warm dressing Cook tortellini in large pot of rapidly boiling salted water for
about 25 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally. Drain.
In large pot of boiling water, blanch snow peas for 1 minute. Chill
in ice bath until cold. Blanch carrots, then Vegetable and herb rice oriental soup Cook contents of box according to package directions. Add the soy sauce,
oil, and lemon juice. Stir and let simmer 5 minutes more. Add the
sprouts and just heat through. More tamari soy sauce may be added to
taste.
Source: Arrowhead Mill Tahini ginger salad dressing Blend all these ingredients well. Variations can be made by omitting the ginger and adding more lemon juice to make Tahini-Lemon Dressing or 2 teaspoons crushed mint leaves for Tahini-Mint Dressing. Makes 2 cups.
"ya'll come back" wilted lettuce dressing Fry the bacon, take it out, and add the vinegar and sour cream. Mix one tsp
flour and one egg together, and stir into bacon pan mixture. Add 1/2 tsp
salt and one tsp sugar. When this is hot pour it over greens and add
crumbled bacon.
